In Warnings, after the death of his cousin Joe (Stephen Baldwin), Layne (AJ Buckley) arrives, with a few friends Macy (Callie De Fabry), Stephen (David O'Donnell), Katrina (Michelle Borth), Iris (Kim Onasch) and Maurice (Ransford Doherty), to clean up the farm ready for sale. They don't know quite what they are in for, finding the farmhouse not only in disarray, but also set up as a compound, complete with a electrified fence and security system!
Layne finds some of his uncles weird drawings and video diaries in the attic, on them he rants on about what he believes is happening. Layne doesn't think much of them at first, but then his friends start disappearing, perhaps there is something in them! He enlists the help of the local sheriff Bill Willingham (Billy Zane) who was a good friend of his uncles.
To create Warnings, take Signs, add a touch of Children of the Corn, reduce the budget, add teenagers and badly rendered aliens, and you have Warnings (USA title Silent Warnings). Despite all this, its not a bad movie, not great, but OK!
