Having heard of Jethro, but never seen anything by him, I was about to enter a world of west country humour. Stark Raving Bonkers was pretty short at 59 minutes. The jokes range from his adventures at a nudist park to the taxman and he has some great stories. Every so often there are breaks from the stand up and there are sketches in place throughout.
Its hilarious and has some great ideas which the jokes and stories are based around. His timing is great and the way he tells them make them so much funnier than when you tell your friends. The jokes remind me on ones your grandfather would tell you in the 1970s, and by that I mean un-PC.
It could do with another 20 minutes of stand up as it seems to be over about half an hour after you get into it. Apart from that it is a great DVD, Jethro is very funny, I would recommend it to anyone. It is definitely worth a look.
