In The Sin Eater AKA The Order, a young New York priest, Alex Bermier (Heath Ledger), helps investigate the death of a French ambassador whose body has mysterious religious symbols on it. He enlists the help of his former teacher Father Dominic at the Vatican to translate them.
The last descendant of an old Christian order called The Sin Eaters could be responsible for the murder, they are able to clear people of their sins so they can go to heaven, but there is a disadvantage, death always follows!
The Sin Eater is another great movie, I'd never heard of it before and was expecting something average, but this is a great occult horror, essential viewing!
