The Woods centers around Heather (Agnus Buckner) as she is dropped off at her new boarding school, which is surrounded by woods, by her parents. As she tries to mind her own business she learns the school has a dark history and she is picked on by the school bully.
She starts to have strange things happen to her, when put in a special class she balances her chair on two legs after getting angry, her friends and fellow students start to disappear, she learns there is more to the school and surrounding woods then meets the eye.
The Woods is a little slow, but little twists and turns keep you interested until the last 15 or so minutes when Bruce Campbell runs around with an axe (hooray!). The story is very HP Lovecraft too! Overall it was pretty good!
