Invasion is another retelling of HG Wells War Of The Worlds, however the DVD was renamed, I assume as it clashed with the release of the Tom Cruise version.
We all know the story, its a pretty average retelling, the effects aren't too bad, and I was surprised it held my attention though! Sadly its got one of those icky sweet happy endings I detest!
Overall, when it comes on cable, you may like to consider watching it :)
