The Matrix took virtual reality, added Hollywood gloss and a striking visual style and became the must-see movie of summer of 1999 and its still an awesome movie!
Neo (Keanu Reeves), a young computer hacker who comes to believe that the world around him is not as it appears. With the aid of the mysterious Morpheus (Laurence Fishburne), Neo discovers his existence is a lie. Together with Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss), Neo fights back against the computerised hierarchy which is secretly manipulating the human race.
The Matrix had to be watched again, I'd forgotten how good it was, its still amazing viewing, you need to see it if you haven't already!
