In Goldeneye, James Bond 007 (Pierce Brosnan) races to Russia in search of the stolen access codes for GoldenEye, an awesome weapon that can fire a devastating electromagnetic pulse. However, Bond is up against an enemy who anticipates his every move: Alec Trevelyan (Sean Bean) agent 006, a mastermind motivated by years of simmering hatred.
As Bond squares off against his former compatriot, he also battles Trevelyans stunning ally, Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen), an assassin. Bond must call upon his sharp wits and killer instincts in a deadly confrontation with her. From a tank chase through the streets of St Petersburg to the Cuban jungle, Bond finds himself playing a cat-and-mouse game to the finish.
I'd gone off Bond movies with Timothy Dalton, but I'm pleased I've tried them again, Goldeneye was a great movie and I thoroughly reccomend it!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
