In The Recruit, surrounded by potential deception, a newly recruited CIA officer, James Clayton (Colin Farrell), must determine if his manipulative instructor Walter Burke (Al Pacino) is being honest when he identifies Claytons fellow recruit and love interest Layla Moore (Bridget Moynihan) as an enemy mole who is assigned to steal a dangerous computer virus from the CIA headquarters.
The Recruit is a very good movie, the first half set in a James Bond training school, and the other on the first mission, but what is really going on?
We are told everything is a test, you have to try to work out whats happening, I did at about 70 minutes in! Overall a movie well worth watching!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
