Al Qaeda operatives organise 3 separate operations aimed at getting nuclear weapons into the USA. 3 small groups working independantly, have recruited bomb-making experts to help them manufacture their weapons.
Without doubt Last Best Chance is propaganda, but sensible propaganda at least, I don't think anyone needs convincing this is sensible subject matter, or totally logical, but I suppose the bottom line is you can't un-invent the wheel, and I remember a time we where told nukes are good, suddenly when terrorists can get them, their bad! Hmm :) OK to watch if your bored!
