In Resident Evil Extinction, its 3 years after Resident Evil Apocalypse, and the world has turned to desert. Survivors of the zombie-making T-Virus are few, but Alice (Milla Jovovich) works her way across the USA landscape, fighting zombies and the Umbrella Corporation, the company responsible for the virus and the state of the world.

Umbrella Corporations experiments have also turned Alice into a super-human fighting machine, she reunites with Carlos Olivera (Oded Fehr) and LJ (Mike Epps) when joining a caravan of people led by Claire Redfield (Ali Larter). The group battle the undead as they make their way to the promised safety of Alaska. The end is an into to the next movie, Resident Evil Afterlife, it is promised for summer 2010!

I found this a very entertaining movie, probably better than its predecessors, my only criticism is its very episodic, rather than one long movie. but still very good!

Here is the trailer...
