In Wrong Turn 2 Dead End Extreme Edition, retired military commander Colonel Dale Murphy (Henry Rollins) hosts a post-apocalyptic reality show where participants are challenged to survive a remote West Virginia wasteland. but the contestants find themselves against hideously deformed and insane cannibals, instead of a TV game show, who will survive?

As follow ups go, Wrong Turn 2 isn't too bad, the game show is an interesting twist, but its still pretty dull, although the high point was when a women was chopped in half, head to toe, at the start!
