In Revelation, a relic called the Loculus has been fought over by the forces of light and darkness for over 2,000 years. Missing for centuries, the artefact reappears in the present but a powerful secret society are slaughtering innocents to obtain it.
Billionaire mogul Magnus Martle (Terence Stamp) is desperate to find and destroy the relic, reluctantly aided by his estranged son Jake (James DArcy), a computer code expert, and Mira (Natasha Wightman), a student of alchemy. They must combine the ancient arts of sacred geometry and astrology with modern computer skills to find the Loculus.
Revelation is pretty good, but loads of plot holes, and similarities to the later Da Vinci Code are uncanny. Overall well worth watching!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
