Black Xmas is a remake of the 1974 film Black Christmas, Billy Lenz (Robert Mann), a severely maladjusted child, finally snaps under years of brutal treatment by his family, killing and eating them in an explosion of violence on Christmas Eve. For years, the Lenz house stands vacant, but in time its purchased and renovated as the new home for a college sonority.
A few days before Christmas, a handful of sorority sisters are enjoying a quiet evening with their house mother, exchanging gifts and swapping stories before heading home for holiday break. They learn that Billy has escaped after years in a mental institution, and has come back to the house where he grew up to once again spill blood for the Christmas season.
Black Xmas is a pretty basic slasher movie, with the usual post millennium touch of gore! There are a lot better movies out there!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
