In Carlitos Way, Carlito Charlie Brigante (Al Pachino) is sprung from prison on a legal technicality by his cocaine-addled attorney David Kleinfeld (Sean Penn). The former drug kingpin stuns the local underworld by vowing to go straight, but despite good intentions, his misguided loyalties and an outmoded code of honour, plunge him into a savage life-or-death battle against relentless forces that refuse to let him go.
Carlitos Way isn't as good as I expected, but was OK still!
