In Silent Night Bloody Night, years after the owner of a former asylum was mysteriously burnt to death, a lawyer arrives to prepare the property for sale, but it an escaped serial killer has taken an unhealthy interest in the proceedings. This is a nightmarish tale of past misdeeds returning to haunt a small community.

This highly effective low-budget chiller has been released in several forms, of varying length and quality, under 3 titles - however this was a poor quality version, I really must find a good copy! The cast includes several former members of Warhols Factory and has occasionally experimental cinematography.

Silent Night, Bloody Night is a good movie, much better then a lot of modern offerings of the same genre, just be sure you get a good print! Well worth watching!
