David Bowie & The Spiders Total Rock Review 1969-1974 covers the birth of David Bowie as a musician, to the end of the Diamond Dogs album.
We see progression of Bowies revolutionary sound during these critical years through interviews with former Spiders from Mars members Trevor Bolder and Woody Woodmansey, with behind-the-scenes archival footage, and rare live performance clips.
This is recommended to all Bowie fans, but it seems I linked the era more than the interviewees!
Here is Space Oddity, heavily featured on the DVD...
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
