In Run Fatboy Run, we find that 5 years ago Dennis (Simon Pegg), left his pregnant fiancee, Libby (Thandie Newton), at the altar, he ran for the hills and has been going in circles ever since. When Dennis discovers Libby has hooked up with a high-flying-go-getter, Whit (Hank Azaria), he realises its now or never to get her back.
He enters a marathon, and with help from friends aims to show he is more than a quitter, but when he finds out just how much sweat, strain and tears it takes to change, will he? Nobody gives him a chance but Dennis knows this is his only hope to be more than a running joke.
Run Fatboy Run is a pretty good comedy, friends had recommended it, and I am pleased I watched it!
