At last a revenge movie that is pure revenge! And don't be put off by the 1989 Dolph Lundgren version, the action in this film is unbelievably good!
Many of the movies based on superheroes from a comic book tend not to stick to the true character, but this one does (not that I'd call Frank a Superhero), Frank Castle is trouble! The movie has surpassed my expectation and I can't wait for Punisher 2!
John Travolta was great, really psychotic in places and Thomas Jane was born to play Frank Castle!
I've seen this movie twice, I suggest you watch this NOW!
