Circus is a very busy British thriller, Leo (John Hannah) is gambler and the smartest man I know, according to his friends.
With plots aplenty; frumpy accountant Julius (Peter Stormare) hires Leo to murder his wife, but shes not his wife, shes a dangerous bodyguards girlfriend, he videotapes the deed for a blackmail scheme. Gangland boss Bruno (Brian Conley) pressures Hannah to run his casino while plotting his demise. Lily (Famke Janssen) is Hannahs girlfriend with her questionable past catching up with her.
Circus is a cleverly engineered movie, full of secret alliances, double-crosses, triple-crosses, hidden identities, and a plot that changes direction frequently. This is a great movie!
