Sin City DVD Report

I first got into Sin City as a graphic novel, Frank Millers work was always good (although I found his Sin City to be very much like 2000ad's Brigand Doom, which I had already read - but which came first I wonder?)

I was rather worried about this film, did Sin City work as a movie? A lot of comic book to movie conversions haven't worked, remember the embarassing Captain America! However this movie is almost a work of art, all I can say is WOW!

Sin City is four loosely connected stories based on the comic book stories The Customer is Always Right, The Hard Goodbye, That Yellow Bastard, and The Big Fat Kill, the stories are well done and the visuals are that good they should have some kind of parade in their honor! I was glued to the screen from the start, I didn't want this to end EVER!, but it did :(
