A Fistful of Dynamite is a tough, sweaty and beautifully made western featuring bank robber Juan Miranda (Rod Steiger) who enlists the help of IRA explosives expert Sean Mallory (James Coburn) for a bank robbery, but together they become the heroes of a revolution in Sergio Leones masterful spaghetti western!
Leone has constructed a stunning movie, underlined by Ennio Morricones music and joined together with moments of violence and flashbacks to Ireland, which seem to be more important to the movie than the main story!
A Fistful Of Dynamite is the work of a truly original and genius filmmaker. Awesome!
