In Welcome To Collinwood, small-time crook Cosimo (Luis Gusman) is given the scoop on a Bellini - a robbery with guaranteed success - by a cell mate, he must get out of jail and do the heist, so he needs a Mullinski - a guy to do his time!
He sends girlfriend Rosalind (Patricia Clarkson) to find someone to take the fall for him, but fails. However she manages to round up five useless petty criminals all keen on doing the job instead, and with the help of veteran safecracker Jerzy (George Clooney) they all set about committing the perfect Bellini...
The Welcome To Collinwood DVD cover claimed The Comedy Of The Year, I suspect it was a poor year! George Clooney got center billing too, but was in it for less than 10 minutes! In its favour it was a short movie lol. Overall not too bad really, but seeing the cover made it an anti-climax!
