In Assault on Precinct 13, its new years eve, Precinct 13 is being closed for good at midnight and is running on a skeleton staff. Because of bad weather, a crime lord, Marion Bishop (Laurence Fishburne), awaiting trial is diverted there.
He will name numerous policemen who are taking bribes and involved in organised crime, so the decision is made by them to kill Bishop and all people at Precinct 13, in hope Bishops men gets blamed, but the 8 people left in Precinct 13, lead by Sergeant Jake Roenick (Ethan Hawke) won't make it so easy, and at dawn backup will arrive!
Assault On Precinct 13 is great for a remake (original here), in fact its probably a very different movie, and very good, Recommended!
