Soldier is a futuristic sci-fi movie, following a group men born and bred to be soldiers, but made obsolete by a new breed of genetically engineered super-soldiers.
Sergeant Todd (Kurt Russell) is one of the rejects who is left for dead on a junkyard planet, there he rediscovers his humanity while helping a community of human castaways battle the new breed of soldiers threatening to wipe them all out.
Soldier is a very good movie, my one objection is we recycle scrap metal now, so I'm, sure we will in the future also, so the existance of a scrapyard planet is very questionable! Otherwise very good!
