Based on the 1986 bestseller of the same name, Stephen Kings It finds a malevolent force in the small New England town of Derry, who takes the form of a clown called Pennywise (Tim Curry), but hes not clowning around!
Pennywise terrifies youngsters, then kills them, until some kids decide to fight back and it is finally defeated. But the evil resurfaces 30 years later, meaner, angrier, and deadlier, the friends must reunite for a final life and death battle. Stephen Kings It is still a very good movie (well 3 hour TV mini-series), but the spider at the end, who is the real It, is rather poor stop-motion photography! Otherwise a great movie!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
