In Thirst, an innocent and naïve Kate Davis (Chantal Contouri) is kidnapped and taken to a remote village by a vampire cult. According to the prophecies of the Hyma Brotherhood, she must marry the demon cult leader.
Here we see them factory farming blood, using people like cattle! For the late 1970s its not a bad movie with a reasonable story, and seeing David Hemmings in it was a boon! I didn't get as excited about it as some reviewers though! Overall its not bad, and could be a lot worse!
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
