Two films paired together that really show the difference! Part 1 is the better one (aren't they always), Part 2 starts off slow, and takes its time building up, but is OK when it finally gets going :)
Tremors is about giant tunnelling worms, reviving the classic monster-movie formula of the 1950s with enthusiasm and humour. The special effects are acceptable by todays standards but will never win any academy awards :) Tremors 2 sees the now named Graboids evolved into blind and deaf creatures that can walk! You can probably guess the plots, so none here!
Overall not bad movies, just not that good either! They probably belong on late night cable TV now, but where an interesting diversion :)
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
