Mullholland Drive is about an amnesiac woman, Rita (Laura Herring), who is left stranded after a road accident and assassination attempt, who gets taken in by Betty Elms (Naomi Watts) who moved to Hollywood to pursue her dreams. The two women gradually piece the puzzle together, but as it unravels, a dark, sinister plot with unexpected passions is found.
Mullholland Drive is billed as a mysteriously complex tale, a masterpiece and a work of genius, maybe I just didn't get it, but I found the last 30 minutes great but the first 1.45 minutes dull and slow.
