Basic Instinct 2 sees Sharon Stone in her second outing as mystery novelist and alleged serial killer Catherine Tramell. Now living in London, Catherine sets her lethal sights on Michael Glass (David Morrissey), the control-freak psychiatrist assigned to evaluate her as a risk-addicted suspect in the accidental killing of a soccer player. But Catherine is just getting started, and thats bad news for Glass ex-wife, a tabloid journalist, and a detective (David Thewlis) who is desperate to put Catherine in jail.
It was a pretty entertaining movie, and all the better for being set in London too! I know some reviewers slated Basic Instinct 2, but I enjoyed it, but please don't make part 3, after all with another 14 year gap, Stone will be 61 and I don't want to go there!
At 47 Sharon Stone is looking like, well, an attractive 47 year old who has had plastic surgery and breast implants! But something that was there with Stone in part one is missing, youth maybe?
I collect DVDs, we have over 3,000 titles in the house now! I buy most from Car Boot Sales,Poundshops, markets, sales, and greatly reduced from the internet, but I only buy what I want to watch! I do a short report when I watch them, I got rid of almost 800 titles at Christmas 2010 (low score, duplicates, ones I'd never watch etc.) I continue to wade through them, and appear to be buying slightly less, but still watching like mad :)
